Kennedy’s Carrots and Parsnips

1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of honey

Vegetable oil

Kennedy’s Honey Roasted Carrots & Parsnips

Preparation: 5 mins
Cooking: 10 mins

Method

Cut the carrots and parsnips lengthways into even size pieces.

Then in a hot frying pan drizzle some vegetable oil and add the carrots and parsnips.

Fry the carrots and parsnips until golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter and drizzle with honey.

Put in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC for 6-10 minutes.
